• The company Tower Hamlets use is an England wide Parking Company and is safe.
• You only have to register once and once registered you only have to telephone once you are ready to park
• You can pre book via the internet.
• They show you a little film on the website how to do this anyway and for those of you who have smartphones there is an app.

• Text RingGo to park, send one short message and pay for parking.

• Pay for your parking in advance, extend a session and download your VAT receipts.
• Book a long term parking permit online.

• Link your personal RingGo account to a RingGo Corporate account.

Can I get a VAT receipt?
Download VAT receipts or give us your e-mail address and we’ll send them every time you park.

Isn’t a ticket required?
No ticket is needed. Parking attendants look up your number plate on their handheld and check you are parked with RingGo.
